Laureles Neighborhood

Laureles is a residential neighborhood in the center of Medellin, it has a relaxed and quiet atmosphere, it is close to two important parks (first and second Laureles park), places surrounded by nature and cozy cafes to enjoy a morning or afternoon full of tranquility. From these parks you can access public bicycles that are part of the mobility of our city called EnCicla. In addition to being one of the most exclusive sectors of the city, in Laureles you will find the number one soccer campus in Medellín, the Atanasio Girardot stadium, the Iván de Bedout Indoor Coliseum and the Luis Alberto Villegas Baseball court, all very close to our apartments.

From Laureles you can easily get to one of the most visited sites in Medellin, the escalators of comuna 13 and Graffiti Tour, a social development project that transformed an entire neighborhood into a social and cultural sector of great importance. All this with incredible ease of transportation, metro station is 10 minutes walking distance and access to a number of possibilities to travel throughout the city.
