Estadio Neighborhood

Estadio neighborhood has this name due to the closeness of the largest sports complex in the city Atanasio Girardot stadium, which provides an environment in which you can perform any type of physical activity all the time. You will always have a supermarket or store nearby where you can taste from delicious food to a coffee,, bars and nightclubs, always with the characteristic kindness of people who love their city. In front of our apartment you will find a coffee shop and delicious desserts, a public parking lot and an EnCicla bicycle stand that is part of the integrated transport system of the city.

It is located near the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital and Cardiovascular Clinic, two of the most important health institutions in the city. 

 Its name was given by the colorful facades of its houses and buildings, Los Colores, is one of those neighborhoods in Medellín where you can walk peacefully and inhabit its public spaces, parks and green areas, the tunnel formed by the trees on 53rd Street, as well as the meeting points, its location, the shopping malls, the catholic church and small squares, make this neighborhood an ideal space both for residents of and for people who want to be in a safe and central area.

The Floresta metro station is a 10-minute walk from the building.
